Who is this petition going to be present to?

The Target is: Make sure Davis does not get Sparky back!!

The Target is suppose to be the who the petition is going to be presented to.

And the sponsors name is: Vegan Ashlie.

This is a serious crime and it needs a petition that is going to be noticed and taken seriously by some authoritative person or body. This is such a shame that good a petition was not written up for this poor dog who needs our voices to be heard and to make sure that it doesn't go back to that vile person.

Our voices will not be heard with this petition.

I'm not signing it and hope that someone who knows how to put a good petition together does so. I don't understand how anyone could have signed this petition the way it is.

And who knows? Maybe the petitioner does not even know WHO she will be sending it to, and maybe she will show it to 1000 different people regarding this issue. If it has a predisposed TARGET...its only meant to be one persons (or institutions) business

If a petition is not going to do any good - ie ,not going to presented to someone who can actually expedite the aim of it - then it does nothing but allow us to vent our feelings, and perhaps feel that we're doing something - but it doesn't help that poor little dog.

Barko - it was a woman not a man that abused this dog. There was another case last week when a man was caught on tape doing a similar thing to another poor little dog.

I signed and left a comment to the sponsor to fix the target. This petition is iffy at best and it is an important one. I wish we could get care2 to at least put lists of names that certain petitions should be targeted too. Even that would help people writing them! Thanks Simone
