SCUM! He still has a job, too! Tax Payers money hard at work paying a "budding psychopath" .
I wonder how many times he's done this & just wasn't caught?

Just apologizing ahead of time, too... I submitted this story twice & it hasn't showed up... lost in Care2?

I don't know what happened.

Il faut que chaque autorité du pays où se déroulent les faits prenne des sanctions pénales envers les auteurs qui infligent des actes de cruauté envers les animaux.

I think better screening and back ground checks are needed! He obviously has anger issues or he is doing drugs. Just looking at his photo he does not look like a caring gentle person! He needs to be fired immediately.

Yes, what screening was done when they hired this guy? He need to be psychologically evaluated while he does some prison time. Simone, can someone follow up and see what type of punishment he gets?

Jail the city officials that let this POS keep a desk job and a paycheck.

Laure, this guy needs to be dead. Perhaps some of the animal lovers in prison will do the job the state won't.

Good grief! And they let this jerk carry around a gun? How did this psycho even get the job? Does make you ponder what else he has gotten away with.

Just goes to show you what kind of vapid cretans can do this job...they are usually taking found animals to their deaths anyway. Scumsucking filth.
