US laws really do my head in!!
WHAT has freedom of speech got to do with filming Animals whilst being tortured to death, then selling these to the public legally!!!
AND while these idiots at the top debate this, the money meter & time is ticking over, costing US tax payers MORE while MORE Animals die!!

I see no reason why this should not become a law . Whatever reason someone may have is not reason enough to stop this legislation from coming into being .
