In 2005, Ginger, a brindle, mix breed dog was walking(ON LEASH & MUZZLED) with her owner when she was attacked by an off-leash Border Collie/Shepherd mix dog. The Off-leash dog tore Ginger's muzzle off and caused her a permanent eye injury.

Man~ This is really stupid new!! why in the world would ginger be gulity?? Hello..???? she is the one who got attack by other dog and try to protect herself! If any stranger come try to attack you, would you just stand still do thing or try to protect yourself!! I beleive this dog was trying to do same thing as human!! Why can ginger attack to that dog, when that stupid dog was trying to attack ginger first?? why the hell would ginger get penality ??? This is really STUPID!! WE NEED TO HAVE GOOD JUSTICE FOR GINGER!! GINGER IS SOOO INNOCENT!!
