NOTED & SIGNED: I want workplace gender equality for women everywhere - we are more than half of the human race, but we only own 1% of total property, and men make far and away higher wage levels than we do, worldwide. It is a DISGRACE.

There isn't equality in North America either, wherever we have worked only the men generally got promoted and that was by brown nosing not by being more accomplished.

I have no problem with equality for Austrialian women, in the workplace.
However, my main concern is, equality in the U.S.A., for women in the workplace.

If anyone tries to tell me we have equality here, they are either a male chauvinist pig, or a woman who doesn't respect herself.
Certainly, the situation has improved, but has not come close to the goal.
