Los Angeles has the worst HIGH KILL RATE, as does most of California....I am so horrified as to how many animals are put down, and the Shelter deems them Non-adoptable...NUTS...I have one, and she is snoring next to me...Ready, to put her down, and I have the paperwork, no action with humans, well, YIPES, she sleeps on top of me, protects me with her life, and they want to call that NO ACTION WITH HUMANS?????

STUPID IS AS STUPID DOES, and sadly, the funds here in California #!#!, so it happens....While I take things like medicine, dog crates, sheets, baskets to the Shelter, I stopped lately, and since a friend of mine is one of the Directors here in San Diego (went to high school with him), I want to know what goes on and when I get a HONEST reply, I will let you know....

BTW...UGH, might be hard, when I dated this guy once I told him he could kiss my dog and not me after the date...Frankly, I thought that was a outstanding compliment!
