I'm beginning to loath all of the Eastern european countries with a vengeance. They all appear to have the same mind-set, kill, kill and more killing. Have they not heard of spay/neuter, have they not heard about educating the ignorant and indifferent masses or are they all run by governments so arrogant and 'pig-headed' that they'll do things THEIR way, no matter what other decent countries might think, Its about time the EU stopped sitting on its backside and did something about these terrible countries and their total lack of animal welfare laws and corrupt officals.
