By the law of India dogs should be sterilised and vaccinated ,as advised by WHO and is the law of India ,The animal laws of India are good but none of them are implemented by the Kerala government.

Absolutely signed, again stupid idiotic countries that don,t care for dogs, there easy way out is poison the, this countries sure need some knowledge and education, don't go back 2hundred or so years, dogs don't deserve this kind of inhumane treatment, I am sure dogs don't think in evil things to humans we are the evil source.

These dogs have been abandoned and have to live on the street, which is not their fault, while it is obvious whose fault it is. Yet, instead of getting help, they get killed. It is cynical and wrong.

To what Virginia E. said I would like to add that, it is a widespread problem, not limited to certain countries only -- it is just the frequency and/or gravity that differs. Just think of all the adoptable animals that are put to sleep in the West, wherein dogs are generally considered to be companion animals...
