This man should have a full Psychological exam by a Highly qualified expert , anger management does nothing for the Sociopath. Drug abuse,animal cruelty are both markers of the Sociopath. He does not only have a drug and anger problem, he more than likely has Some sort of Personality disorder and needs to be dealt with accordingly. A DANGER not only to ANIMALS but SOCIETY.

There is little evidence of a cure or effective treatment for psychopathy; no medications can instill empathy, and psychopaths who undergo traditional talk therapy might become more adept at manipulating others and more likely to commit crime.

Every time this petition comes before me I go off-- i HOPE THAT THE AUTHORITIES WILL WISE UP OVER THIS ONE AT LEAST. This guy looks (at 18 yrs) like he has been doing this type of thing for a while. Sorry, prejudgement I know, but look at his eyes, the expression on his face. I have been the victim of cruelty on several occasions and trust me, I know the look. It took awhile si I am bi polar and very ope3n to people, i AM AN EASY VICTIM IT SEEMS But I hope that there are occassions where people who cause this can be stopp3ed in advance. This is one of those times. I just wish I had put all this down for the judge when I first signed, instead of to you, my Care2 friends. I agree with Raymond G, this guy, with that face, like he never broke a plate, is Hannibal Lecter, and if I was his mother, I would move from where she lives and do it expediently, how dangerous for her, and so traumatic, poor lady. This scum, in the streets is potential horror, I don't even want to imagine him having a girlfriend, this crime is so twisted and so meticulous, scares me to death just to think about what is he capable of doing. If I were his mother I would leave no trace and go through hypnosis to get rid of any memory from all.
