A Jack Russell terrier named Rudy is fighting to recover after being beaten and buried in a snow bank. Edward Grysko, 61, was was arrested in connection with the incident, facing a charge of aggravated animal cruelty, according to Bellows Falls Police

The news reported that Edward Grysko shot himself the other night (Monday or Tuesday, can't remember which).
