Yay! The nation is catching up with the needs/wants of veggies/vegans. I remember going through my hospital rotations while in nursing school I was very happy when the 7th Day Adventist Hospital came around again. The best cafeteria on earth with doezens of choices of veggie entrees, fresh fruit,soups...all food should be so good.
