This was receieved now in the animal rights group, but it was back in April this year - the original story here http://www.lubbockonline.com/stories/050408/loc_275259057.shtml

I dont know if there were any changes, but some comments in this story dont think there has been.

Such a lack of compassion at an animal shelter. Sick and disgusting! Those poor animals. Hope that changes have been made... Thank you Simone.
