If there were truly a valid reason for the DoD to use animals for healthcare, is one thing, but to use them for testing on how the humans could be better protected is NOT RIGHT!

I have an ill feeling when the Military that is supposed to protect our country - has to be told that this is wrong!!! It's like the inmates are running the institution!!! ANIMAL ABUSE IS WRONG - PLAIN AND SIMPLE. My Dad's family is Military - Police - and Medical. There are plenty of alternatives in ALL fields that can be used other than animals for any kind of research or training. People need to wake up and start telling the politicians what they want for their votes. We all have to get involved in these issues.
