Scott Brown should be quoting Elizabeth Warren, not Elizabeth Dole. Ms. Warren is light years ahead of him in the areas of intelligence, integrity, justice, consumer protection, the environment, etc. He could learn SO much from her! I hope the good people of Massachusets realize that many of us would be thrilled to have the opportunity and the honor to cast a vote for Elizabeth Warren. I hope they go for the gold...

Love the 'toon, Tom!

Hijacking Dole's words irritates me to no end because it then makes me wonder just how much of his 'own' work was 'borrowed' during his college years, and his entire career.....once a plagiarist, always a plagiarist. Must be nice to just skate through life on someone elses' works. Like he can't be original? Or is it that it's just easier to pay someone else to do your work or you? He makes me sick.

Sen. Scott Brown (R-MA) just wanted to immitate a smart RepubliCON… so that really narrowed his scope to Elizabeth Dole. Plus he knew no RepubliCON TeaBagger would check a Woman’s page if it wasn’t Alaskan Barbie or Bible Belt Bachmann!

Thanks all.

John, I looked at the vid. The problem is that all his calculations depend on the continuation of a stagnant economy with little revenue to overcome debt. Recovering the economy had the added benefit of increasing the revenue stream. That can return us to a budget surplus, like we had when Clinton left office. The problem is that not that we have spent too much. Our spending has been misdirected into wars and corporate welfare. The real problem is too little revenue, and the shortfall is because of the recession.

Does anybody doubt that the Republicans are obstructionists? As Congresswoman Speier said, there are 20 days left in the House session and nothing of consequence has been accomplished. The Republicans have brought up bills related to abortions and women’s rights to medical care over 7 times, the most recent having just been approved by the House, but yet to see Senate approval. And Mr Obama says that he will veto it if it makes it to his desk. Why this fixation that isn’t even on the list of priorities? If you ask me, they are stalling so they can turn around and blame the President for not working with them. But they still haven’t proposed any jobs related legislation and they say that is their priority. I say, liar, liar, pants on fire! It’s a priority for 48% of Americans but certainly not for the Republicans. The US voters need to ABORT the Republicans!!!!!

My guess is, if the middle class Republicans were to see that the Republicans gave wealthy investors $13.5 billion in tax breaks on income from dividends while cutting $3.6 billion in Pell Grant funding which would like affect their children, they would be enraged, and rightfully so. If the middle class Republicans were to see that the Republicans gave $38 billion in preferential tax treatment to heirs of millionaire estates while cutting $8.6 billion from the Affordable Care Act, they would be outraged and rightfully so. But they will never know because they have been indoctrinated by the likes of Faux Noise and that gas bag, Rush Limbaugh.

And Scott Brown, an employee did it? Stand up and take responsibility like a man! Listen weiner brain, use your own material — that requires you to use your brain which I doubt functions very well. At least you had the sense to copy a woman! Too bad you were exposed, eh! You’d never see Elizabeth Warren do that — she has intelligence AND integrity!

The Cartoon — I’d rather this said “Total Republican Support in 2012!” but that might be stretching it a bit. Nice dream though! It looks really hot, but not any flames for the bowels of hell where the Republican party belongs!
