I did! AND...I wish they'd just stop with the messing around with time thing! It is what it is and it is what it SHOULD be!

Nope, the places where I live, Mexico and Arizona don't have daylight saving time. ..
Was surprised to learn that about out of the loop, so to speak. Thanks TC

Now that I am awake I realize that I am wrong about Mexico, I think there was no difference between them and California, really not sure. ..but am currently in Arizona who never does.TMI?

I honored the occasion by remembering the story I once read about a town in Kansas where half is on DLST and half is not. They have a clock tower on the dividing line that shows the DLST to that half of the town and the non-DLST to the other half; this is the occasion where both begin to show the same time.

I usually change the clocks before I go to bed. Last night, did not, woke up at 5 a.m. Wish I were the type that oversleeps or can "sleep in".

Why can't they leave it alone and set it to Earth Time. We don't have 'Victory Gardens' anymore and that was the whole purpose of setting the clocks forward in Spring and back in Fall. That and , of course, so people could shop more after they got off work. They need to just stop it already and leave the time alone.

PS… Children of the Korn didn't care that the clocks went back, it was 'Feed me, Seymore' at 5 am. THAT is when I learned that I needed to change the time. The computers and the TV were the only thing that didn't need changing. Sigh.

Ha, no I didn't because I did it a week ago. We have these clocks in all shapes and sizes (even alarm clocks and watches) and in all price rages now that have a link to the atomic clock in Germany. When the European Union changes to or from daylight saving, these clocks automatically reset themselves. Great stuff for those of us who are starting to have some senior moments now and again.

How I wish they'd pick one and just stay with it - the fur friends only know they are hungry and don't ever even look at the clocks....

Yes I did! . . . at 3 pm so I wouldn't forget. Then I just about told the kids that it wasn't dinner time for another hour. They refused to wait. Cats 1 Mum 0

Just in the bedroom so far. My plugin clock has a switch on the side so it's easy, and my travel alarm clock is at least small enough that it's not too difficult. One wall clock is so hard to reach I never change it, just leave it till spring. Eventually I'll get the kitchen. I mostly use the computer clock anyway.

Thanks, Tom.
Nope. No resetting here in AZ, as tasunka has mentioned above. (Although my computer didn't get the message, and obviously thinks it resides in CA). We actually tried it here in the 60's if I remember correctly. Nobody liked it, so we stopped. So now CA is an hour behind us, and we're at the same time as NM. Biggest "problem" for me is I watch The Daily Show, and now it's an hour midnight. (Yawn)

LOL! My atomic clock turns itself backward and/or forward, which is really cool to watch at 2 am..the rest I had to do myself.

Fall back? No, still sitting upright.

DST can be so confusing. California changes. Bits and pieces of Arizona change. I still haven't figured out why we change anymore. It would be so nice if the "powers that be" would just pick one or the other, and leave it that way. We have lots of clocks. About half got changed Saturday evening and the rest Sunday morning. Of course, there are the atomic clocks that change themselves.
Love the kitty. Thanks, TomCat.

False positive ... given at one end, only to be taken back at the other. No gain, just the pain of trying to reregulate what the body and its surroundings have conformed to for the rest of the year. Sucks ... leave me alone.

Yes I dod. I started doing all of my clocks Saturday evening, so I'd be all set for today. Sure did get dark earlier today in California. I too liked the photo. Thanks TomCat

Thanks everyone. Personally I have mixed feeling. I like fall back, because that's a one hour cat nap for me. Spring forward, on the other hand, is obviously a Republican conspiracy to deprive me of a precious hour's sleep!! We ought to just fall back twice a year!! ;-)

I just re-read my post which doesn't make sense (as usual). Is that why you gave me a star TC?:):) I like fall back too. I suppose it's because I awake so very early on a normal basis. It sucks waking up HOURS before the sun! I won't be liking it in 2 months when it's dark at 5. BOTTOM LINE, leave it all alone!

Over here they justify the self same time manipulation by saying that it reduces accidents in the morning …. I am not so sure!
