Every week, Republicans join a competition to see who can say the most outlandish things, and in the process, every week they push the envelope on just how demented InsaniTEA can become. I trust that you will believe it, when I tell you that last week was no exception.

I clicked through with trepidation – only to see that Batsh*t is back again trying to get publicity with her crazy ideas — accompanied by the others of the dog and pony horror show. Where DO they get their demented ideas from!

Hmm – something just occurs to me – I saw a distinguished actress being interviewed the other day who said that she will sometimes say something quite shocking in order to regain control of a conversation – and she is left wing! So do you think that that sort of need to shock to control the conversation (followed by the rewards of their friends admiration) has led by many many degrees to their insane Far Right positions? Oh dear – they are impossible to understand!

“He shouldn’t be at campaign-type rallies where he speaks only to the base, he should be speaking to the country,” she wrote."

Ah, Peggy, show me ONE republican, including YOU, who are out there speaking to anyone except their base. Just one. Those are the only people that bunch ever talks to and when they do, well, we have Romney's 47% speech as evidence of how they talk among themselves. I pay little attention to Michelle because, well, she's insane. But if you want to stop her in her tracks on this topic, ask about her husband's experiments on children with he "pray away the gay" counseling practice. The rest of them are in the same position. That is to say inane, irrelevant and irresponsible. Just what you'd expect from the most dysfunctional political party in history.

I'm not sure how you choose from so very many options, TC, but you did pick a doozy this time.... I almost expected this to be an Andy satire but no, it's the real Ann Coulter.... the one with the compassion of a lamp shade. Ugh

It's become so commonplace that when they don't make a stupid statement I think something is wrong.

I guess being vulnerable to violence is the children's biggest crime in her twisted, warped mind. Turns my stomach that anyone is sick enough to listen and give her any credibility. Cannot face more of this ugly side of human nature that the Bible often identified as being possessed by demons or listening to Satan.

If you put long blonde hair and boobs on a pitchfork
That would be a good likeness of her soul, no offense to the pitchfork!

I know the others are more serious and more hateful, but what struck me was Peggy Noonan's comment on "dropping g's." I guess it's not so much any more, but within my lifetime , and I'm pretty sure within hers, dropping g's was the hallmark of the huntin', shootin', fishin' British upper class. Surely she isn't referring to the fact that Obama is sligible for the Sons of the American Revolution? Does she think she is still fighting the Revolutionary War? News for you, Peggy - you would have been a Tory.

We don't need a guy Benjamin Netanyahu he could easily go after his own people. She will not speak on my behalf.

A lot of people think the right-wing aren't capable of being amusing at all. Not true. Mussolini looked hilarious swinging from that lamppost. Still when the joyless crypto fascist Ann Coulter, wanders on to the screen looking so haunted and drawn some people mistake her for a ghost. With all her spewing of the generic hate speech that must of hollowed out her spirit, so her eyes are now a portal to a world of infinite nihilistic oblivion - gaze into them too long and you can feel the air growing cold around you. It is hardly a revelation that she is backing Netanyahu, as his policy in Gaza is a lesson on dick waving mendacity that has not been shown since Dick Cheney came out of his crypt, hell she would jump Putin's bones if it wasn't for the fact that Putin does have some standards, true he has the morals and social conscious of a rock viper but he is a step up from her.

If anybody wants to see Mitch McConnell squirm, watch Allison Lundgren Grimes' speech at Fancy Farms:

After listening to Ms. Grimes' speech, I wanted to vote for her. Too bad she's not running here in Nebraska. But then, given a choice between Bob Kerrey (ex-governor of Nebraska, ex-senator for Nebraska) and Deb "Washington Needs Leadership That's Why I'm Voting The Party Line" Fischer, look what they chose.

Ms. Grimes hit the nail on the head when she pointed out that Mitch McConnell wasn't running against Barak Obama—he made a remark or two about Ms. Grimes, then started the Obama attack. I listened to as much of it as I could stand to. When the enamel on my teeth started turning to powder I knew it was time to shut off the video

You know,I'm beginning to agree with those who say that without the Republicanus/Teabaggers, there will be no fodder for the comedians. (shrug) I'm willing to give it a try and go Republicanus/Teabaggerless! You still have Canada's Harper . . . for now.

1) Peggy who? Enough said!

2) Was Michele Bachmann ever a ward of the state and experimented on? It seems so to me. Unfortunately for us, the experiment failed and we now have a grade A idiot!

3) May the "Jurassic" Rush Limbaugh become extinct like the other dinosaurs he seems to represent. Fred Flintstone said that dinosaur steaks are very good but in Rush's case, I think even old Fred would "petooy" the first bite!

4) I wonder if there is an ebola microbe that is specific to Donald Trump only? Oh, that wasn't nice of me . . . I was only thinking.

5) “To smuggle in weapons, guns, they’re invading, they’re murdering, they’re raping. …" With the lax gun laws and the high volume of guns in the US, hasn't anyone told her that gun smuggling into the country is less a problem than Republicanus/Teabagger obstruction? "…sometimes Palestinian kids get killed…"? How about daily! Linda Blair has nothing on Coultergeist!

Noted. It is sad to say but Republicans have a very good chance of controlling both the House and Senate after the next election. That will be their reward for holding the county back for the last six and a half years. That will be a result of too many voters not making themselves aware of how useless the Republicans are.

@ Dianna --- Thanks for the link to the Fancy Farms picnic Grimes was pumped. McTurtle sat there and face kept getting red. Was it the heat of the embarrassment? When McTurtle launched into his "speech", I found it totally devoid of passion. He tried to make some jokes (at least that is what I thought he was doing) but they fell flatter than pancake. Oh my! Great retirement party for McTurtle though.

Hmm, I vote we send Coulter & Bachmann to interview the Ebola patients (without the clumsy protective suits & masks) & then they can sit in on Ru$h'$ show, go to Trump's for supper...then man the border crossing gate until they drop.. Noonan is easily Ignored, so why does she still have an outlet????

Thanks, TC.
I do not see how to "click through," but I do not know that i would want to anyway, given the nausea I anticipate.
Gene, i still do not know why Medicare has not gone after Michelle's husband for his BS treatment, except that he''s Michelle's husband, and they would try to make political hay out of it!

I clicked through, then wished I hadn't. Limbaugh. Bachman, trump, Noonan all at once were more than my blood pressure can stand. Idiots all. I love Bob Scheiffer, but won't watch his program when Noonan is on there, she is so self assured, as if every word she says is a PRONOUNCEMENT> Can't stand the rest of them, either. All you needed to do was add Rand Paul and I would be awake all night.

Thanks TC, now I have to take some more Beeno and antiacids. There probably isn't a drug powerful enough for me to take to counter the stupidity of these lugnuts. Is this world real or what? The Three Stooges (RIP) would have had endless material upon which to create movies that would entertain us for the next thousand years.

....I'm still giggling at Cat Daddy's commentary on what Mann Coultergeist started doing while laughing dementedly....or its normal laugh. Shem's gotta moist spot for Butcher Ben and Mr. Pooty-Tang.

All the rest are SSDD.
