I hope your COPD will quieten down again soon, TomCat. It drains your energy, doesn't it, and with all the articles you're producing lately, I'm sure you'd like to hold on to all the energy you've got.

Daily Kos: Thank you so much for posting this video, TomCat. Outside the US Robin Williams is not well known for his stand-up work and almost all material shown in commemoration are films and some interviews. So I'm sure to share this great fragment with others.

NY Times: That's a truly great step forward in healthcare. Your doctor was absolutely right, of course. If health care of chronic illness is coordinated, the level of service becomes better, the effects of combining different drugs for different treatments are monitored -(preventing drugs cancelling each other out or doing the opposite by enhancing effects), side effects or new diseases from having multiple illnesses are identified and monitored, treatments that act on more than one or all illnesses can be prescribed... the list of positive effects is endless. And in the long run it is cost effective too!

Alternet: Sigh. Do you think there is anyone out there except the writers of Alternet, Daily Kos and our little circle of intimates here on Politics Plus and Care2 who really hear what this upstart says? I mean, not only hears it, but process it and try to make sense of it? Because I seriously doubt that any other Faux Noise "viewer" is. They all just consume, it is fast food for them: no taste, no nutritional value and leaves them bloated. They don't hear what Ablow bellows out, it's just more anti-Obama wallpaper.

Cartoon: Reject every new immigrant unless he's on the list we just gave you.

Robin Williams - sensitive, intelligent, amazing human being. Of course, he would recognize the same in Obama. I positively dread the day Obama is not president any more - he has done so much and is doing so much and all of it without screaming "mission accomplished!" Had not seen anything about the chronic health care but what a terrific idea.

Michelle Obama is beautiful - classy, elegant and yet unpretentious. The brussel sprout brain who dares to criticize her should be tarred and feathered and run out of town. I'd help with the feathers.

Daily Kos: I saw this yesterday, and really enjoyed watching this. I miss Robin Williams. People magazine has their weekly devoted to him, I need to buy it.
Alternet: Michelle Obama is a 1985 graduate of Princeton University. She graduated from Harvard Law School in 1988. She is a lawyer and a former Chicago city administrator and community outreach worker.
Mrs. Obama is one classy, beautiful lady, so go puff that, Keith Ablow.!!
Cartoon: Repugs would love that, wouldn't they? LOL.
Hope that your COPD gets better. Hopefully, with you in your Holy Orb, your prayers will be answered, health and team wise. Just rest up before all the festivities. Have a great day, take care, and Thanks, Tom.

6:25 I hope the HOA approved that paint job before the owners did it.

Daily Kos - So maybe a reason most Republican "jokes" go over like a turd in the ice cream is that if you want to make fun of people and actually be funny, you have to have love.

NY Times - I don't know whether can make that work for me, but I can have a pretty good shot at it. For God's sake don't anyone tell Republicans the Chinese started it. Of course that was long ago and they've probably given it up by now.

Alternet - I have no doubt Ablowfly is a misogynist because it goes with the territory. But I think the comments quoted are more racist. I also think we have another example here that it IS possible to embarrass yourself in public and yet feel no embarrassment. Steve King - I think that mutual continent is actually North America. Good Gad. I suppose everyone has seen the Washington Post by now, speaking of Ferguson - the autopsy finding a shot in the head at a 90 degree angle from the top of the skull to the bottom of the chin. Any actual human being would be angry. Angry enough to riot. If the National Guard can find a way to make it worse, they will.

Cartoon - yeah. I don't have it in me today to rant about how ironic that is.

Take care of yourself and that COPD. I'm happy for your religious ecstasy.

Case management makes a difference in delivery in virtually every area of human services especially when there is more than one issue or service involved; has to lead to better quality of care since one doctor might prescribe drugs another one is dealing with side effects on, etc.
I question whether Faux's person has any clue about what are measures of physical fitness for anyone and not just for women.
Eliminating things without addressing problems has yet to prove to be a real solution.
Glad you could enjoy your sports to take your mind off of symptoms somewhat anyhow.

I will never get over the loss of Robin WIlliams. I used to often wonder what his brain looked like during his routines, especially when he was ad-libbing. I imagined fireworks going off. I used to laugh so hard I'd lose my breath and get a headache. God bless and keep you, Robin.

Damn, I miss him! Like you say, Cat Man, at least we will always have him through his work!

Finally, Medicare will do what's needed to be done for a long long time, thanks MR. PRESIDENT!!!!!! Now maybe they (hubby's doctors) will be able to coordinate his care better.

I would LOVE to see Dr. Blowjob say that crap to Michelle's face......never happen but dayyyyyyum, that would be worth paying for. Michelle....not fit......hey, Blowhard....she's a REAL woman, with a REAL figure that happens to be a hell of a lot better than YOURS. Dipsh*t.

Oh, the FFBB's would LOVE to shut the BOI down for good.....sorry......nevermind....you know the rant. :)

Puzzle — 3:48 Somebody's looonnnggg bushy tail was blocking the door!

Daily Kos — In my long held opinion, yiu can't get any better than Robin! Quick wit, irreverent when called for, knowledgeable and FUNNY!!!!! All that and a gentle soul too. RIP Robin Williams.

NY Times — Our BC system is somewhat like that however I wish communications between healthcare providers were better. I also think that it can be important to include dentists, chiropractors and physiotherapists in that net. I much prefer my medical team to be playing with the same deck of cards.

Alternet — First, let me say that a substantial supply of duct tape with crazy glue backing over the mouths and around the wrists (so they can't write) of these right wing neanderthals would really help the rest of us keep our sanity.

Limpballs — "It was Williams’ left-wing politics that killed him …" No, with all due respect to depression (I am a sufferer for many years) and to Robin, it was more likely the inanity of dealing with right wing nutslike Limpballs.

Elizabeth Hasselbeck — "Hasselbeck calls what atheists are doing “eliminating religious freedom,” …" Nobody is preventing Hasselbeck from worshipping or praying. That would be an infringement of her rights. If she is so damned pious and worried about it, she should bring her own Bible. Oh but wait, she can't read . . . well at least not the constitution where the freedom of and from religion is noted. And Lizzy, atheists have better things to do than to personally harass you.

Keith Ablow — Ablow IS a head case! He is chastising Michelle Obama for daring to have cogent ideas about kids, food and obesity all while daring to be the first lady while black. Truth be known, the duct tape might help Ablow lose some weight, but unfortunately none of that weight lose will come from his head where it is needed.

"Cantaloupe Calves" King — “And it looks to me like you don’t need to bother with that particular factor because they all appear to be of a single origin. I should say continental origin …" It seems to me that assuming homogeneity of a group IS racial profiling! King is fruitier than a cantaloupe. My apologies to the American Association of Cantaloupes.

Laura Ingraham — She hasn't figured out yet that if real reporters (Ingraham delinked) didn't go to the source ie Ferguson, MO, she would have nothing to comment on. Now that WOULD BE refreshing! Sitting in McDonald's with coffee in one hand and laptop in the other does not constitute provocatation of the police.

As I said, DUCT TAPE in copious amounts with crazy glue!

Cartoon — First Nations should have thought of that 500 years ago!

Daily Kos: I loved this video, the true Robin was there, he always said things we wanted to say but didn't know how. He will be missed for a very long time.

NY Times: This is a great policy change. My mother has heart disease, hypothryoidism, renal failure, hypertension, to name a few. We recently changed her doctor as the first one was just refilling the same prescriptions and not trying to find better answers. This will be a huge help to those with mutliple health issues.

Alternet: Clicked through and needed a multiple Barf Alert. Hasselbeck, Ingraham, King, Limbaugh, and Ablow in one article are guaranteed to raise the blood pressure. I think we should check on all their origins, they can't possibly be human.

Cartoon: They would if they could.

I hope your COPD is better today.
