She might be surprised to discover that really the multi-national corporate world order that has been increasing in power since the Middle Ages is now assuming world governance of a world order without borders with monopoly powers. Privatization may destroy local governments completely and corportions and multi-national or world religious institutional conglomerates will be asserting power. They will have their own covert protection agencies to and all wars will be business wars and essentially covert. Individual freedom, however with be extremely limited for all but the rich and their enablers. We might collapse first and world human population plummet or becomes high security domed cities all builing sort of like Trantor and Isaac Asimov's Foundation Trilogy instead.
