I'm thinking more likely a lame mistake by engineers that installed the fence, and it will be another way to milk money out to fix it, which is more likely the reason... dunno.

I consider the WALL: "The U.S. Berlin Wall". The U.S. Govt is trying to extend it along the ENTIRE U.S./Mexico border. The wild animals do not acknowledge a U.S./Mexico border! Many wild animals' territories cross these border lands and the Rio Grande River. The wild animals that live in the various border terrains NEED access to WATER and FOOD! As you can see on the Youtube video, the base is concrete. It is buried circa 10+ feet underground. Environmentalists in Texas have been protesting the continued building of "The WALLl". The portions of the WALL, which have been constructed, are already cutting off wild animals' NEEDED access to water and food in some U.S./Mexico border areas. The WALL is destroying their abilities to seek water and food on either side of the U.S./Mexico border! and cutting off their natural land migrations!

I do personally believe the WALL is to keep U.S. citizens/residents from leaving the U.S. via Mexico thru unauthorized routes. As the Youtube video shows, the top of the fence is toward the U.S.A. I do NOT believe THIS is an accident! I but instead was a very well planned manuever on the part of the U.S. government.

PLEASE contact your U.S. Congress persons, President Obama, and your State congress persons to STOP the construction on THE WALL! The WALL construction was started by the BUSH Administration.

We got the offending post removed Carole. The remaining one is indeed Blue. The other one was pretty gross had same logo, but was spelt differently and had no friends listed; sadly though deservedly probably a reality for the bogus poster in real life.

We can all look at things and fit things together to make something out that might not be. Those spikes might be to hold people up as you said. But with our last and current president, they don't want to take care of the problem. More illegals means more they can pander to, and manipulating with ACORN, identity/voter fraud means votes.
