We do need to do something, yet how long has this been debated, and yet I don't see anywhere near the post consumer content on packaging that there should be... so many factors to consider that aren't being address quickly enough... Thanks Teresa!

Thank you Teresa. This is such an important issue. I so wish there were other types of bags for the fruit in the supermarket where I go but they continue to offer the plastic ones. Everything you buy has some sort of plastic even if you buy at the counters and not pre packaged... it gets to be depressing!

A first step is to save the bags and to give them use.

If we go to the store ask for boxes instead of bags.

Here in Mexico the guys that pack the food always ask if you want a box instead, that´s a good start too.
