You can help reduce the impacts of climate change and restore critical wildlife habitat by participating in The Nature Conservancy's voluntary carbon offset program.

check out the "carbon calculator" - neat way to determine your impact even if you can not offset it. I like this calculator for it gives you "credit" for the "god" things you do - and illustrates how little changes can make a big impact :)

Checked out the calculator. My family is way below the average. I'm still looking for ways to cut down our carbon footprint. I, too, and a member of the Nature Conservancy. Donate what and when you can. Great programs!

They have a really great, easy-to-use carbon footprint calculator on their web site! My score was 24 -- can you beat that? ;)

Thanks Chris...I wasn't a member of Nature Conservancy until NOW!...It's a big topic in Australia at the moment...The government has just released a Carbon Offset policy...That's great!...I's just that no-one seems to understand what costs are involved...Including the government! :)... Cheers.D.
