Sorry California your water rights ,looks like the government is going to take your right for water away just because,fracking is way more important.

Horrible...water goes to those with deep pockets which=corruption---such is the way.

Towards the end of the last drought, there was a local initiative to give priority for water hook-ups to people dependent on wells before new hook-ups were given to new development since many had their wells go dry or nearly so. That drought was not classified to be as severe as this one.
