Is this a joke? I hope it isnot something that someone thought would discredit Obama. He should be the next president and I do not think it funny :)

Regardless of my political leanings (even though I am more liberal than not!), no one deserves
to be slandered. Political sabotage is a very sad reality of politics. May everyone fight fairly,
and let the issues speak!

It's just someones idea of a joke. You should know that things like this happen every time an election is near.

I can't even believe anyone would begin to take that seriously. Just someone being silly - get a sense of humor ay.

I find it both offensive and disrespectful - so, maybe I take myself too seriously. But a presidential candidate must take him- or herself seriously in order to be competitive. This video only helps the competition. I hope Mr. Obama takes the high road and doesn't dignify this piece of soft porn pop with a response.

What in the world makes people think this is something that the evil right wing has put out to discredit Obama? Oh, because it is childish and silly and just plain stupid? That is the very type of people that are falling all over themselves for him. I have the feeling it was done in all seriousness by these soft in the head non-political savvy people that are supporting him because they think he is cute, black, young, fresh, or somehow exciting to them. The fact remains he is a freshman congressman whit no experience and who has not even introduced any legislation in his all of two years experience. Bunch of losers.

Not bad, quite good as a matter of fact. She has talent as much as you have choices.

Funny. So what your saying is that people will think that this is Obama's video (endorsed & all). Wow! We are all in a lot of trouble when people start believing in silly stuff like that. I'm sure most of us are smart enough to know this was made by some run of the mill idgit that has nothing to do with Obama or any other candidate. And if someone is serious & trying to hurt Obama's chances, how funny that people would even waste their time getting upset by something so stupid. Lighten up.

Cuz they get kinda wrapped up & stop thinking, Jim. I'm with you. To think that this was some political ploy by the opposition is pretty juvenile thant the vid itself. I hope & pray that people running campagnes on both sides of the fence have a lot more sense than that.

It just seems to be really silly. I don't think it's anything serious, just a joke.

The best thing to do is ignore it since, like Paris Hilton et al, there is a portion of our society that doesn't follow reality news and look to entertainment as their priority above all. The more attention it gets the more will watch it.

A candidate who can attract the attention of young people and hold that attention can work wonders in this country. It's time!

This is a dynamic work of art. See what American Idol contestants who didn't have the patience or timing to get on the show can do? If I were Obama, I'd do her. I'm not sure if he's married. I know very little about the guy other than that his biggest nemesis will be his name. Anyone "insulted" or "offended" by this video has my permission, and encouragement, to head over to the local mental hospital, V.A. hospital or state prison to raise your shock resistance a bit. I.E., get a life. Cute girl, fun video, great subject. You go girl!

People who are leaving comments such as "not worth commenting on" are only increasing the visibility of this story to whoever's online--thus pushing this closer to the front page. I can't believe this is a right-wing ploy; it probably helps Obama's campaign more than it hurts it, by enhancing his 'rock star' status and maybe getting some of those entertainment-oriented, non-politically-minded, IQ-challenged young people to pay attention. But I also think it's pretty silly and offensive, and that Obama would be making a mistake to respond to this.

lol. Michael's comment appeared while I was writing my last comment. You gonna vote for him, Michael? BTW, Obama is happily married, to a high-powered, intelligent, politically savvy attorney, I think, who is probably not going to find this video funny at all.

This video is truly pathetic. Obama deserves respect of the utmost quality in expression. This video is shit. Hopefully some genius out there will come up with a worthy video.

Too bad that such poor quality videos makes headlines these days. This is purely a "narcissistic” attempt at “American Idolization”. She should not give up her day job!

Political videos, commercials and the like always seem to seep out of the woodwork during campaign months.

I challenge anyone reading this to “TURN IT OFF” during political mudslinging months.
Yes, turn off the TV or turn the channel. Make politicians pay huge amounts for TV time, only for their efforts to go down the tube!

Instead, watch the debates. Then one can make judgments on who is right or wrong for the job. Commercials are a lousy way to make broken promises, and to sling the mud in lies. In any election I have voted in, not one elected official *EVER* kept their campaign promise.

Yes . . . . Operation Turn It Off. Sounds kind of catchy!

Duly noted. I am not sure wheather this video was vindictive, or as our culture has the attitude SEX sells everything.

Personally I don't see anything wrong with it. I certainly don't think it was done to be vindictive or hurt his chances of getting into the White House.

I think this person truly thought it was a way of helping him and to be honest with you, for the younger voters, it just may sway votes his way, when they listen to it and hear some of the ideas that he stands for they might like them.

I think it is creative and a bit of fun, I have certainly seen a lot worse political tricks!

All is fair in love, war and politics!

Having voted in every election since 1952 - also voted for FDR while sitting on grandma's lap in 1936 - I've been bombarded at every election with an abundance of political smear, slander, and silliness, against every party's candidates (including this provocative Obama T&A ‘thumper'). So far none of it has ever had any real effect on how I voted.

I assume that those few of us who actually do vote are wise enough not to pay too much attention to drivel and nonsense. If one is that easily influenced, why should they bother going to the polls? I suspect that few do.

I also noted a totally incorrect comment that Hillary's healthcare initiative in the 90's was backed by the insurance and drug companies! Her program was too premature for the average voter who had wonderful free medical coverage provided free by their employers. Her efforts were very effectively scuttled through derisive TV spot ads financed by those industries! My how times have changed!

As to the Clinton's being pseudo right-wing - they very effectively captured the political center and effectively stepped on the toes of both labor and management.
