It's true. It's weird. It's nuts. The Department of Homeland Security, after a five-year hunt for Osama, has finally brought charges against ... Greg Palast.

AMERICAN TROOPS, LAY DOWN YOUR ARMS AND STOP FIGHTING, KILLING AND DYING FOR BIG OIL!
When the American troops, from ordinary soldiers to officers and generals, LAY DOWN THEIR ARMS AND STOP FIGHTING ON THEIR OWN INITIATIVE, the Iraq War and Illegal Occupation will end on THEIR timetable, not Bush's NON-EXISTENT timetable! THE TROOPS LAYING DOWN THEIR ARMS ON THEIR OWN INITITIATIVE is the ONLY thing that will stop Big Oil Wars and more and more of them!!!

We have lost our first amendment rights in this country, the freedom of speech. FEMA/Katrina victims, have not been allowed for the most part to come out publicly and tell their stories. What about the wounded and disabled soldiers that come home from Iraq and Afghanistan? Why are they not allowed to tell their stories on national t.v.? We need to demand that our constitutional rights be restored, we have the right to speak and the right to know what goes on in this country to our citizens here!

It doesn't surprise me that they'd try to punish this man. Read his books, go to his web site.

Finally a journalist embroiled in the scandles that immediately followed. I heard so many stories of civiliams be held back by guns, and fences when dry land was just blocks away, but this is the first story. The government was their to impact the horror, not help, i the beginning. Like the helicopter pilot who got into serious trouble for pulling survivors off a roof. LOVE THE STORY.. What else have they told him not to write or tell? curious.

Is there any left who STILL needs convincing that we are one-half step away from, or perhaps one-half step irreversibly engulfed by a Totalitarian Police State????????? Wake up and smell the jack-boots, for God's sake! We ALL need to Organize and Do Something to Stop it!

Carol Ann asked what else he's written about - when I first "discovered" him it was during the 2004 "election" when he had rafts of insider emails that he had come across detailing fraud and voter disenfranchisement in the election. He's also been in the forefront of the Diebold issue. If you check out his site, you should find all this and more.
