Mrs, Johnson has been the victim of one of the most egregious crimes during this housing crisis. The originator of her loan, John Stolaranko, was convicted of mortgage fraud, served time in jail and paid 5m in fines yet Chase is intent on throwing her...

Please click on the link to read the full story and please sign the petition. We need to deliver the petition in person just before Christmas or just before the new year. This petition is on the Occuppu Our Homes website as that is where many homeowners are fighting to save their homes all over the country. Please do add your names as we need to make a huge impact due to the circumstances which pretty much are during the transfer from one bank to another, payments were lost and although we provided proof of payment the now defunct Washington mutual immediately threw her into default and refused to accept any more m oney. Upon investigation, I discovered that my mother was one of 229 straw buyers that HUD identified bt only prosecuted the originator for a few of the crimes but neglected to tell the other homeowners that they were about to lose their homes. The fraudsters targeted women over the age of sixty. We have been fighting this for 10 years now and it has definitely had an effect on her health. My mother will be turning 79 on January 1st and one of the best birthday gifts would be to have her American Dream of homeownership returned to her. Thanks. Cynthia

You know what's sad? During Hitler's regime, each of the officers under him took NO personal responsibility for the crimes they committed -- saying that they were only "doing what we were told to do." It didn't wash then, and it shouldn't wash now. Chase has been cited in country after country for violations of ethics and laws. They really need to be shut down.

It seems that Jp Morgan has reached anew low in greed and sleaziness.
Very true Kamia although I hope you aren't comparing JP Morgan to the Nazis because even though JP Morgan is disgusting and should be shut down they can not hold a candle to the Nazis.

Signed. This is not only disgusting and horrendous, but really nasty as well. Not only did the banks not go along with the rules, but the judge made a decision that he wanted to make and to hell with the evidence. I pray that your grandmother will come out the winner. There is no reason for her not to win.

signed. Hope Susie has a reprieve, keeps her home, have a happy stress free birthday and a much happier new year.
People who prey on us old folks need a good tar and feathering. Why do people still bank with Chase, BofA? Aren't there enough horror stories going around? Credit unions the way to go.

Robert O., thank you for the info about the Rockefellers/Rothschilds. I did some research and every bank that has touched my mother's account has either merged with or been bought out by JP Morgan Chase. Huge connections to wall street and the federal reserve. They are criminals who manipulate the market in the reverse of what other investors do and have unconditional access to the reserve and they help those who helps them. Thank you to those who have signed and noted and to those who continue to sign and note.
