SOME SICK INHUMAN IS TAKING PLEASURE IN THERE CRUELTY,THIS IS A DISGRACE AND THE GOVERNMENT IS PART TO BLAME,THEY WONT ORDER MANUFACTURERS TO ADD TO IT SO THAT ANIMALS WILL LEAVE IT ALONE,THE GOVERNMENT HAS SAT ON THIS FOR YEARS AND STILL ARE HEARTLESS IN THERE ACTIONS,DO RIGHT BY OUR ANIMALS.
