There are so many tainted people enjoying the facilities as a politician with an criminal background & there place should be behind bars but they decide the fate of general public, they do not feel to get bail & local Police hesitate to arrest them ..WHY?

Politicians should never have a criminal background, they should be clean, even more than other citizens! Politicians are given a power over the nation and these humans are taken important decisions.
