"I'm One"

Nice idealism. I'm all for We, but I think the kids will also evolve into an elite of technicians, scientists, leaders, thinkers, policy makers and entrepreneurs, while a great part will stay stucked in the dope inhabited fast-food depressed hard working, or street walking poor world with poor education, less interest in ideology, living a day to day life surviving on the streets and paying the bills.

Individuals understand this ideology and know its nescessity (dealing with the changing environment), but once it is installed in law, or Government, there are always persons who want to be more equal and call the shots. Individuals are intelligent, but groups who follow a We path are destined to be dissapointed. Learn about history and the cycles of individualism, greed and selfishness evolving into dreams of equality and central Governments who divide the goods in an equal way, spoiling the bratts into thinking they have a right on luxury without work.
Neither way is perfect, but the more extreme the ideology, the more damage it will do. Nazi Germany also perceived themselves as We (except the people they didn't like in their group).
Stay aware. There are no prefect sollutions and certainly no unified minds. There are always conflicts where people do not want to be part of We and have different ideas. Keep listening. It's not easy to rule a world. Start with your own life, learn, teach and be a good person. You don't have to rule the world.
