So I read that tea could help reduce significant calories each day; for a great weight reduction performance in a year's time! That is what I like to call slow but sure.

My concern, is of course, how well does ALL teas work. I have to drink decaffeinated teas, and do they have to be only citric ones? Which citric ones work best? How much do you have to drink a day? We need to have more questions answered to truly trust these comments. Also, citric items may not always interact well with your medicines if you're already on some.

Grapefruit, although I love it, is NOT a good fruit to eat with medicine. It can lessen or increase the effectiveness of your medicines, and that might be dangerous. Please check with your doctor before you change your diet drastically in any way.

Green tea is actually the suberb one for weight loss. There are several studies on that. :)

I would be suspicious of any gimmick where a brand name is mentioned. Could be guerilla marketing.
