An animal welfare charity has expressed dissapointment after a man who taped a hamster to a firework was sentenced to 220 hours of community service

Only 220 hours of community service is a joke. Until the courts in every country start enforcing punishment of a greater magnitude will some even think twice about what they are doing. Shame on the judge.
