No Federal Violations For Boiled Monkey Death. Are Federal Laws Completely Meaningless?

Almost 6 months after a monkey was killed inside an industrial cage washer, we learn that the USDA will not issue a violation of the Animal Welfare Act. This despite the firm's history of more than 100 recent violations that resulted in a 12/06 fine.

Apparantly the USDA needs a dept.that oversees them.

Non-profit organizations are doing their job.

I hope from the bottom of my heart, that every heartless, sadistic bastard who makes a living of hurting, mutilating, exposes animals to poisoness substanses, vivisection, experiments, have a LONG FILLED WITH ENORMOUS PAINES LIFE till he dies in agony and burns for ever in hell!
