A legally insane killer was on the loose in the state of Washington on Saturday, two days after he escaped during a field trip to a county fair, authorities said.

Why would anyone with any sense okay taking a legally insane killer to a county fair? Didn't anyone suspect he planned escape when he took a backpack full of clothes with him?? I think the killer patient is not the only one who is legally insane!

Sherbet what is this man doing having a pinic... these people must of been ILLEGALLY INSANE to have taken him there in the first palce
