This will be no surprise when you know that KY has the most child abuse cases, AND the most children murdered, AND Louisville is the city that has the most porn users. Bet you would have guessed NYC, or LA, or Vegas. Nope: Louisville.
KY comes in NUMBER ONE in all three categories!

they have to name the dorm after coal but the building has meet green standards....funny
