The aptly named Stop Subsidizing Multimillion Dollar Corporate Bonuses Act (HR 3970) would end subsidies that enrich CEO pay at the taxpayers' expense.

What a scam! It's bad enough that CEO get these outrageous bonuses, but to allow corporations to write these off on their taxes adds insult to injury. This is simply CORRUPTION! Shame on our "lawmakers" to even allow this in the first place.

I'd like to see that compensation tagged the same 401K contributions are. That any amount above a certain percentage greater than the medium compensation of the rest of the firm is no longer deductible, and any performance bonuses had to be equally shared across all segments of employees. That way everyone would have an incentive to work as hard as they chose, and no one would be unjustly enriched. Shareholders would probably make more too.
