Tell Monsanto: Don't sue Vermont for its decision to label GMO foods. Monsanto is making outlandish claims in protest, including one that a labeling requirement would be a violation to the company's freedom of speech.

I doubt if those in Monsanto will listen to me but I added my signature. One must continue to be pesky mosquito. I recall when few people had heard of Monsanto so at least this continues to make more people aware of their vile actions.

Monsanto said it would sue any State that would do this, so good for Vermont for going forth anyways. These Corporations make threats, in hopes people will back down, many do as it is costly to go up against Monsanto. However, for those who have done so, many have won their cases. So go Vermont!

MONSANTO = DEATH

This was expected - Monsanto can't bear to have anyone say NO even when EveryOne should say no. I'm a pesky mosquito, too - it's you or me, Monsanto! This world isn't big enough for the both of us....

As a Vermont resident, I am appalled and angered by Monsanto's moves in this state. Vermont is an awesome state but it's not the richest. Monsanto's charges are so ludicrous I can only think that this huge corporation is going to try to bury them with the bull s*t lawsuit and cause the state to expend their entire budget for legal fees. I've always known that Monsanto was scum but this is absurd. PLEASE SUPPORT THIS CAUSE AS IT WILL, LIKELY, SET A PRECEDENT FOR THE COUNTRY.

Signed and noted!

Signed. Thanks Robert. I'm pretty sure Mon(ster)santo won't care one lick about a list of signatures, but they can't deny that the people are up in arms and are as mad as hell and won't take any more of their crap. Suing the entire state of Vermont huh? Before long they'll be trying to sue the entire country and then the world since they're seeking domination of the globe via control of the food supply. It's like something out of a cheesy 1950's monster flick. The Monsanto monster is loose, run for your lives! AAAAHHHHH! All we need are the unlikely heroes to come to the rescue and put a stop to it once and for all.

If labelling that food has been messed with by Monsanto is a violation of their freedom of speech doesn't that make all labelling the same? Suddenly cigarettes will have no warnings? And what about people having a right to know like, I dunno, that they are being sold poisoned filth to feed their families?

Have mercy but I wish these bastards ill.
