In a move reminiscent of the Saturday Night Massacre, but with the consent of a contemptible congress, the one judge, ironically enough, a Bush appointee, who actually stood for the rule of law, is about to be removed for challenging illegal wiretapping.

While he may have been appointed by Bush, he certainly stood by the
rule of law.

I commend him.
