Dr Russell Blaylock, MD (a neurologist) examines how the immune system interacts with the brain and looks at the effects of food additives and vaccines on that interaction. It will suprise some to know that they crave food that they have allegy to.

Dr. Russel Blaylock is credible. He's fighting against aspartame and hoping govt will ban it one day. TOUCH because the judges were....shareholders of Coke and Pepsico!

I definitely believe this. This is what my Naturopath teaches. Sugar is one of mine, so I avoid as much as I can, as well as dairy (not to mention ethical reasons).Vaccinations, are definitely out for me and my family. Coke and Pepsicola is pure junk and poison for the body as well as other soft drinks. These foods are the silent killers and less expensive to use than war is, not to mention fluoridated water (discovered by Scientists hired by Stalin many years ago). Thanks for sharing this with others, hopefully we will all wake up from the lethargy this junk causes.

I believe this too! We need to advocate for healthier life styles. Vaccinations are lethal, Coke and Pepsi too much sugar and the carbonation causes leeching of calcium from bones and magnesium from our muscles leaving us weakened and prone to diseases like muscular dystrophy to name one.Sugars, salt and fats and preservatives need to be eliminated from diets. If producers of these drinks and foods are worried about their bottom line, greed and money, then make a safer, healthier product and market it.

I can whole heartedly attest to the truth behind what he says. For over 40 years I ate foods that I was allergic to and had both brain results and other physical results. I'd even go into the ER with anaphylaxis and the doctors couldn't ID the symptoms. When I don't eat the foods I'm allergic to - I'm fine. If I eat the bad foods my symptoms range from hives to severe fluid, from brain fog to almost stupor, from depression to severe anger with the potential to kill (my sister and I found this out early from aspartame - it made our brains feel like killing). So what am I allergic to?
Soy, peanuts, beans, 99% of grains including wheat (including durum and all the other wheat variants), barley, rye, millet, corn - I can eat organic oats, quinoa, amaranth, chia and rice), onions and garlic, aspartame and all the fake sugars, and MSG. There may be more but so far this is what we've ID'd. One allergist ID'd that I was allergic to about 95% of food and another ID's that I was only allergic to a couple types of grass pollen. The first guy was closer to the truth. Take a look at food labels folks and really read them. Elminate everything I've mentioned above and you don't have much left to consume other than fresh fruit and veggies, I can eat dairy and eggs (but I have a lactose intolerance so I only consume fermented dairy), meat, fish and poultry, and yes I can consume real nuts but not legumes.
Oh and yes, his comment about craving those things you're allergic to? Very true! The cravings do subside with time but you gotta stay away from them.

Advocating for healthier life styles should be done. But, it should not be forced on people by laws. There needs to be a conscious change through example. Thank you all for the great comments.

Thanks for bringing this topic up, it is one we all should be more aware of, especially these days with all the additives, and the alteration of our basic foods.

Have been reading Dr. Blaylocks updates for a short while now, and he does point out a lot of things you won't hear anywhere in the news.

Go organic, eat a balanced meal and clean fresh water. Stay away from vaccines, drugs and pesticides.

The gov is co owners of Monsanto and the foods are meant to make you sick. There are over 300,000 pesticides in our foods including RX and spermicides. These chemicals provide a beautiful basis for Psychiatry who is the backbone to Big Pharma and Big Insurance.

Thanks Gregory - I apologise for my incomplete comment I posted. I meant to say hidden toxic in food remains (touch wood you don't eat them) because the people at the TOP (judges) with interests in corporate profits, allow it. :) Care2 members are GREAT people to know!

P.S. Uh oh! My " :) " is a relief I corrected my typo, not because of the corruption that I smile. >,< Thanks Sue W! Fully agree!

Good comments from everyone. It's hard to avoid all the poisons, especially if you have some vices (like chocolate and wine) like I do. Changes in my diet have been gradual and are a work in progress; the more I find out about what's in our food, the more compulsion I feel to make the changes rapidly.

I found this extremely interesting... especially the schizophrenia. I would have never thought a food allergy could cause these types of symptoms.

This is extremely interesting to me as a semi-retired prison educator and an advocate for the incarcerated mentally illn The high starch diet given to prisoners would only increase the schizophrenia present in the prison situation. It is clear that the mentally ill deserve hospitalization and a care to diets that does not aggravate the illness.
