CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Bank of America Corp. said Friday it lost more than $2.2 billion in the third quarter as loan losses kept rising, providing further evidence that consumers are still struggling to pay their bills.

Banks never loose money!!! They just convert debt into assets - that is the whole plan - to take your House, your Car, your small Bussiness - everything!!! So that the small guys remain good obedient slaves working for peanuts. A recession is a planned event where Banks get the opportunity to take all assets that were ceded to them to cover debt. They knew just what they were doing.

So true Carsten.. they definitely need to be more cautious when handling loans.. and do their homework thoroughly.. this would eliminate so much unnecessary suffering

AAWWWWWW THE POOR LITTLE BANK DIDN'T SUCK ENOUGH MONEY OUT OF EVERYONES WALLETS SO THEY COULD GIVE EACH OTHER A SUPER GREEDY "BONUS" .

B OF A GOT THEIR MONEY FROM US VIA THE GOVERNMENT AND THE VERY NEXT DAY RAISED MY INTEREST RATE AND LOWERED MY CREDIT. THIS WAS AFTER NO LATE PAYMENTS, 18 YEARS OF MORTGAGE PAYMENTS AND NEVER ONE LATE. THEY DO SUCK. WHERE CAN WE FIND A PUBLICLY OWNED OR SMALL, SMALL BANK? I AM SICK TO DEATH OF HELPING THIS GIANT CORP. SCREW US. LETS DUMP THEM.
