Mary Thanks SO much for this post... I will send it to all my friends. I HATE HATE HATE.. ( did I rmember to say HATE??) Muslimophobia and the media that spreads this horrible blight! ANYTHING we can do to protect loving honest and peaceful Muslims from lies and unfair press and all the horrible media manipulation of the truth, MUST be done. SO much damage has been done and until we all learn not to judge one another and to understand and stand up for one another across the world, we will NEVER have peace. There should be terrible repercussions for people that spread these horrible lies. Once they have head them, it is too late for many people. They do not listen to the truth, but go on believing their preconceived ideas. It is desperately important to take media coverage with a pinch of salt, but it is a hard thing for people to do, when they secretly WANT the lie to be true, as they want to be able to direct their hatred and fear onto a people of a certain race or religion.. They have done it all through history, but it is time to STOP!

Media Reacts to News That Norwegian Terror Suspect Isn't Muslim!!!

Yesterday's first reports on the massacre in Norway suggested that there was a link between the horrific attacks, which left 92 dead at latest reports, and Muslim extremists. Only later was the news released that the suspect taken by police, Anders Behring Breivik, was apparently a conservative, right-wing Christian with strong anti-Muslim and anti-immigration beliefs. Many in the media were left reeling over the fact that others were so quick to report and comment that Muslims were involved, before there was clear evidence. Rupert Murdoch's newspaper The Sun had as a headline on the front page, "Al Qaeda Massacre: Norway's 9/11." The Wall Street Journal posted an editorial on the bombings that begins with references to Islam. It starts:

When cartoons depicting the prophet Muhammad appeared in a Danish newspaper in the fall of 2005 and sparked a full-blown jihadist campaign against Denmark, then-Prime Minister Anders Fogh Rasmussen responded with a telling remark. "We Danes feel like we have been placed in a scene in the wrong movie," he told the German newsweekly Der Spiegel."

Joe Weisenthal, deputy editor of Business Insider, tweeted: "It is pretty bewildering that the first 3 paragraphs of this WSJ editorial on Norway are about Al-Qaeda/Islam." And Eric Umansky, a senior editor at ProPublica tweeted: "You can almost see the tracked changes in this WSJ editorial blaming Islamists for Norway attacks."

The most controversial piece, however, seems to be an editorial at The Washington Post by "Right Turn" columnist Jennifer Rubin, who quoted the Weekly Standard that:

We don’t know if al Qaeda was directly responsible for today’s events, but in all likelihood the attack was launched by part of the jihadist hydra. Prominent jihadists have already claimed online that the attack is payback for Norway’s involvement in the war in Afghanistan.

She added, in her own analysis, that:

Moreover, there is a specific jihadist connection here: “Just nine days ago, Norwegian authorities filed charges against Mullah Krekar, an infamous al Qaeda-affiliated terrorist who, with help from Osama bin Laden, founded Ansar al Islam – a branch of al Qaeda in northern Iraq – in late 2001.”

This is a sobering reminder for those who think it’s too expensive to wage a war against jihadists.

The editorial remains up on the Post, "sixteen hours after its claims were shown to be false and hysterical, it's still there, with no correction or apology," according to James Fallows at The Atlantic. Fallows responded to Rubin's piece, in a blog post titled, "The Washington Post Owes the World an Apology for this Item," writing that:

No, this is a sobering reminder for those who think it's too tedious to reserve judgment about horrifying events rather than instantly turning them into talking points for pre-conceived views. On a per capita basis, Norway lost twice as many people today as the U.S. did on 9/11. Imagine the political repercussions through the world if double-9/11-scale damage had been done by an al-Qaeda offshoot. The unbelievably sweeping damage is there in either case.

Ta-Nehisi Coates, in another Comment at The Atlantic, echoed Fallow's comments on Rubin's piece:

As for this case, my golden rule is that as terrible as it is to be wrong, it many times more terrible to pretend that wrong is right. As of this wring, Rubin has issued no correction in any form. That is shameful.

Glenn Greenwald took issue not merely with Rubin's editorial, but also with a statement by President Obama that suggested, in Greenwald's interpretation, that an international terrorist group was responsible, and the New York Times coverage, which attempted "to pin some form of blame, even ultimate blame, on Muslim radicals." Greenwald writes:

Al Qaeda is always to blame, even when it isn't, even when it's allegedly the work of a Nordic, Muslim-hating, right-wing European nationalist... we've seen repeatedly: that Terrorism has no objective meaning and, at least in American political discourse, has come functionally to mean: violence committed by Muslims whom the West dislikes, no matter the cause or the target. Indeed, in many (though not all) media circles, discussion of the Oslo attack quickly morphed from this is Terrorism (when it was believed Muslims did it) to no, this isn't Terrorism, just extremism (once it became likely that Muslims didn't).

Furthermore, Greenwald took to Twitter to point out another turnaround, this time by John Podhoretz, who wrote a post for Commentary Magazine yesterday where he said that the attacks "have stirred in me a kind of rage I haven’t felt this viscerally since the days after 9/11... If we respond with dispassion, we are ceding to them part of the animating force that makes us human." Then, Greenwald noted, Podhoretz seemed to dramatically shift his tone, by tweeting: "Brevik appears to be precisely whom the left wanted Jared Loughner to be."

In an op-ed at Jadaliyya, Shiva Balaghi calls the events a "Tragic Day for Norway; Shameful Day for Journalism." He summarizes his own view of the reports:

I read a story in the New York Times that squarely pointed to jihadi groups angered at the war in Afghanistan...The Financial Times was no better. From the start, it reported allegations of Islamic terrorism, continuing with this view well into its evening reporting by which time an arrest had already been made in the case... Judy Woodruff’s interview with a Norwegian journalist that aired on PBS’s Newshour followed a similar scenario.

In this 24/7 news cycle driven even more mad by terror experts who conduct research using google and tweet a mile a minute, journalists should exercise caution... Perhaps today the neo-Nazis in Europe count Muslims among the problems that drive their madness. But to a large degree, these right wing extremist views shaped twentieth century Europe.

Additionally, Ibrahim Hewitt writes an editoral at Al-Jazeera, where he observes that once media outlets noted that the suspect was not Muslim, they disassociated connections between the suspect's beliefs and his alleged violent actions.

...the perpetrator was a "blond, blue-eyed Norwegian" with "political traits towards the right, and anti-Muslim views." Not surprisingly, the man's intentions were neither linked to these "traits," nor to his postings on "websites with Christian fundamentalist tendencies." Any influence "remains to be seen"; echoes of Oklahoma 1995. Interestingly, this criminal is described by one unnamed Norwegian official as a "madman."

...Anyone who claims therefore, that the perpetrator's "right-wing traits" and "anti-Muslim views," or even links with "Christian fundamentalist" websites are irrelevant is trying to draw a veil over the unacceptable truths of such "traits" and expecting us to believe that right-wing ideology is incapable of prompting someone towards such criminality. Of course, that idea is nonsensical. Right-wing ideology was behind the Holocaust; it has been behind most anti-Semitism and other racism around the world; the notion of Europe's and Europeans' racial superiority - giving cultural credibility to the far-right - gave rise to the slave trade and the scramble for Africa leading to untold atrocities against "the Other"; ditto in the Middle and Far East.

Noted...Scares me to think of how many crazy, right wing conservative "Christian" groups we have in this Country, and they all have, and love their guns, and they hide behind the name of Jesus, as they spew their hate, and anger, and craziness, all the while cheered on my Fox News, Sarah Palin, Michele Bachmann, and all those crazy christian extremists...It would not surprise me, if something like what happened on Friday, will eventually happen here...It really worrys me a great deal...

Nicky, Its so sad that, this norwegian TERRORIST, killed so many innocent human beings; terrorism knows NO Boundries, and that is something the masses do not wish to admit. Unfortunately, due to such unjust and unfair reporting, by Mainstream Media and Islam Haters, Islamophobia, is on the rise; and banning of, off the Muslim Womans' Veil, by certain countries, only add to fuel, these bigots, hatred and fear.

I, ardently wish that, the World Countries and its People, would EQUALLY MOURN, the DEATHS, of the Innocent Palestian, Men, Women and CHILDREN, who are, BOMBED and SHOT DEAD, daily by the Oppressive Israeli Government. I wish, people would just learn, to love one another and stand up against,Oppression, Bigotry and Hatred; stamp out this EVIL; but instead Politicians, exploit these Hatred and Fears, towards fellow human beings, to gain VOTES.

We all are human beings and deserve the right to live without being oppressed, hatred and killed by fellow human beings, simply because of the differences in Religious beliefs. Is this what the
civilised western countries, call 'DEMOCRACY'??? True Democracy, is equal rights, for all people, irrelevant of religious beliefs. I pray and hope, the Peoples Revolutions, in the middle eastern countries, succeed in gaining, TRUE DEMOCRACY for ALL Peoples, outsting their corrupt governments;( hoping the Revolutions, will not be HIJACKED, by the corrupt western Powers)

As the media reported on Oslo
When a good friend and c2 group team mate informed us in her comment about Oslo massacre which was the first message on the bomb attack in Oslo I heard, I watched the media HOW they reported it.

Whether on TV or on the Internet portals of the newspapers, reporting and conjecture about the perpetrators ran only in one direction, it can only be Islamist terrorists.
Al-Qaeda was immediately called, the "usual suspects".

There have been interviewed so-called terrorism experts who told the audience, the perpetrators were radical Islamists, and they would have the Norwegian participation in military operations in Afghanistan and Libya as a reason.

Then it was also claimed that Gaddafi had threatened attacks in Europe and he could put behind it.

German terrorism expert Berndt Georg Thamm expressed at N24:

"We live in the year 10 of the 11 September, "said Thamm, may commit Al-Qaeda also "such symbolic attacks".

Also with the Sat ARD and ZDF (German governmental Broad Mass dumb down TV) on the evening news ran a one-sided reporting and comments were expressed, only the evil Muslims and Al-Qaeda may be responsible.

It is the first terror attack in Europe since the bombing of the London Underground on 7 July 2005; the Islamists have also carried out.

Focus reported that it was the first violent action against the West since the killing of Al-Qaeda chief Osama bin Laden. Germany's cities were threatened.

At least, German security authorities warning citizen from.

The police union called on the population in Germany increased vigilance.

It is not inconceivable "that several major German cities are in danger," said union chief Bernard Witthaut.

The terrorism expert at the Berlin Foundation science and policy, Guido Steinberg said. "Scandinavia in recent years increasingly become the target" and referred to, including Denmark, "I suspect that an attack is in the context of the cartoon controversy I would be on.
Al-Qaeda, and tap the origin North Waziristan. "

According to "terrorism experts", it was a retaliatory strike by the al-Qaeda, because Norwegian soldiers fighting in Afghanistan and the German army would be there too. The New York Times reported even the terrorist group "Ansar al-Jihad al-Alami," would have claimed to be responsible for the massacres.

The propaganda machine in order to represent Muslims as perpetrators was in full swing.

PI News went forth, and even published an article entitled "Why Islam bombing just in Oslo?" They have their direct incitement to Islam continued to operate and fanned Islamophobia.

"Today in Oslo, Berlin tomorrow? Are we sufficiently protected against Islamic terrorist attacks?" was asked in general.

Now all this is proved false.

The alleged offender is to be a Norwegian right-wing, with Islamophobic views. He has also carried out the massacre among the participants of the youth camp on the island Utoya, were killed over 80 people.

Of course I would like to express my condolences to the families of many victims. It is terrible and a tragedy.

But I feel this is a criticism of the media, as readers and viewers were immediately drawn by the media in one (false) direction.

“There were evil Islamic terrorists, only they can thus committing such a terrible act”. Another culprit circuit was not considered.

Meanwhile, the media have changed sides, after it was revealed the suspect was Anders Behring Breivik (32), a Norwegian citizen and operator of a organic vegetable-gardening, (now, is organic food become terrorist food?) a blond, blue-eyed man through his activities in an agricultural operation, he may could easily get at large amounts of fertilizer, from which explosives can be produced.

The Police heard the suspect first on the island Utoya and later on a Policestation in Oslo.

"It's funny that he has not killed himself, like the guys who have done this school massacre," said a policeman.

"It is good that he has not done it.

So we can maybe get some answers about his motivation."

According to the investigators arrested the man for both the explosion in Oslo, is responsible for the massacre in the youth camp of the ruling Social Democratic Party. However, they did not rule out that other people were involved.

The police said it was not possible for one person to carry out the attacks alone.

The alleged perpetrator had been inspired by extreme right-wing ideology.
His political views were hostile to Islam and he was a Christian fundamentalist.
Exactly the opposite of what was initially claimed by the media.

Then, on his Facebook page you can see a photo of Breivik in the ROBES OF A FREEMASON!!!

What I'm saying?
The media are obviously not impartial and do not report facts, but are biased and have immediately directed to the announcement of the bombing in Oslo, their viewers and readers in one direction, have been trying to launch an anti-Muslim propaganda, because in their view, only Muslims are so evil in order to commit a heinous act.

Thank you Mary for telling us the truth again.

If we can't realise, we are ONE and in the same boat we are doomed.
(Did God create the races? - or just females and males? - to find the proper question look up the very beginning of your bible - Genesis 1,1...

Fight the NWO where ever you see it by truth and faith.

There is so much hatred in c2 - so many care2 members spread the fear of muslims, islamophobia and love to bash arabs, where ever they can.

But I start to wonder, if this is according to c2 regulations???
Or have I understood something wrong - is this KILL2?

Years ago, I would have cried out:
Our greatest enemy is the controlled media.

Today, I am aware, they play their role (out of complete darkness) to awaken mankind by their visible lies.

Yes, the media are so quick to jump on the bandwagon and ignite our fears of Muslim extremism, even though in a lot of cases there is no proof tha Muslims are to blame. Another report tells of the killing spree at an ice-skating party and we have had countless massacres by 'cult' leaders. Certain members of the media, though, appear to have a vendetta against Muslims.
It is a knee-jerk reaction by the media to instantly blame all manner of killings on the Muslims, even though the vast majority are peace-loving people who are as horrified as the rest of us by the extremists.

Cheers Mary...

This is such a tragic event that happened and my sympathies go out to all the families and friends.

However, yet again the Islamaphobic media are reporting their own prejudice again!! And also here on C2, the Islamaphobics were reporting that this event was carried out by the Muslims on all the Muslim news blogs. They are extremists... as they are people with extreme prejudice!!

Good comments guys... and Parsifal - your last sentence is a killer!

Thank you Mary for another great article and read.

So here we have once again, not a muslim but a insane killed steping into the spot light from the 'far right' for his murders. The Christian Telaban or at best a rightwing nut gone totally off his rocker has struck again or so it now appears to be the case.

This type of tragic event I fear will not be the last we hear of...The far right and Christain Extremist are hell bent to bring death and destruction who do not see things their way . Those we must fight first and foremost ..then on to the NWO as they are the ones promoting it also.

Thank you Parsifal, Wooddragon and Jae for your insightful and informative comments.

The norwegian PM said, they 'woke up to a nightmare'; well the People of the World, better wake up fast!!! for, the NWO members, are at work, throughout the planet. This Norwegian Terrorist was draped in a FREEMASON Garment; and I say, this is just the beginning!!! They have been busy plotting their evil agenda; while they kept the peoples of the world, OCCUPIED, by spreading ISLAMOPHOBIA, in their newspapers and TV Stations. They have perpetrated
atrocities and conveniently, put the BLAME on Muslims and Islam, and they have managed ,to make the masses, believe their LIES, due to the press coverage(OWNED by THEM), of their false accusations. They have been spewing out false information, from islam-hate websites and making the world believe
it to be true by repeating it over and over again on their mainstream media.

People of the World, PLEASEEEE!!! we need to put a STOP, to this racism, hatred, bigotry demonising, dehumanising and apartheid that is taking over, the world!!!; and we need to STOP it NOW !!!; before the world truly goes crazy, with killings of innocent people left, right and centre, by evil HATERS, of fellow human beings.

WE ALL ARE HUMAN BEINGS, WE ALL ARE ONE; PLEASE LOVE AND UNITE WITH EACH OTHER. DO NOT ALLOW EVIL TO DIVIDE US. PRACTICE LOVE LOVE AND LOVE, FOR EACH OTHER AND FOR ALL FELLOW HUMAN BEINGS.

Thanks Mary,
thanks for shredding the lies and propaganda so intelligently and thoroughly
Islamaphobia is rampant and we can't back down in addressing it one person at a time as tiring as it is.

I'm convinced We MUST react against it with truth, with patience and resilience with NO bitterness that Islamaphobics are infected by. We have to beware of the contagion of hate, and protect ourselves from it.
HATE IS highly contagious and even those of us who want healing can be ourselves infected.

Once we define the disorder and we understand Islamaphobia is a psychological social disease , we can try to offer healing and solutions for the delusional ones to escape from its grasp.
IF we throw fire of wrath on it, we may only make the process worse.
these are SICK people infected with suspicion, they are sadly converted to the demonizing a whole Religion,
and ANYTHING that is said in defense of Islam is even seen as demonic activity,or a conspiracy to take over the world under a brutality we see only in the most misguided Muslim communities.

Mary, you did some beautiful and powerful work here. Many thanks to you and all the beautiful commenters above. May our voices and pleas for unification be heard loud and clear.

Hate is ulitmate destruction for all. Love, Peace and acceptance of one another revives our souls and let's the light of real people power shine upon this entire planet, which makes us remember it is good, NOT evil, which is what this world, in fact the entire Universe, and all creatures within it have been created for.

We need to claim back our God given rights and human dignity and stand up to the bullying, oppression and the widespread lies people's lives have been subjected to.We can't hope for change unless we are willing to be that change, each and every one of us!

The world’s people have been subjected to the tyranny of only a few, and these few have spared no evil tactic to cause havoc, including murder of millions, environmental destruction and manipulation of minds and souls.

It is time to be strike back, but not with their same means of poisonous hate for anyone, but with respect and dignity and an inspirational invitation for unification of all people with love and forthcoming.

The answers to our problems can never be to point fingers at one another and taking sides, unfairly blaming the Muslims, we only compound the problems.

We need to truthfully investigate, in fact, we owe it to ourselves and our future generations to eradicate the very root of this problem, only then can we effectively work towards a progressive change which will ultimately benefit every living soul on this planet.

We are one human race, not created to be subjected to the satanic rule of a few , not created to be oppressed, but to progress, and the sooner we come to realize that all the ‘so called conspiracies’ are in fact very painful reality, the sooner we are able to commit to any long lasting change which will take the commitment of every individual. Let’s not waste any more time!

And I wanted to add, that extremism is a reality perpetrated by a few misguided. They claim to belong to a certain religion, yet they do not represent the values or teachings of the same; therefore they are criminals who need to be recognized as such. Painting an entire Nation of a certain faith with the same brush is not only unfair, but entirely illogical.

And forgive my grammatical errors by the way, which I just noticed in my comment above. :)

My condolences to the families who lost a beloved one in this terrorist crime against humanity. My sincere prayers for those who died there, May God bless their souls. May they rest in peace now.

About the media, it’s no wonder, no surprise, almost everything the convoy is totally different from the truth and the close example for this is their fake news about the situation in Syria and Libya.

But why this reaction was targeted against the Muslims specifically? Why this different selection of vocalizations when the suspect so-called Muslim and when it is not?

Then why this reaction?! Why the first suspect of any attack is the Muslims?

The Muslim countries are under attack, they are being destroyed before the world’s eyes, and Muslims are being killed everyday in Afghanistan, Iraq, Pakistan, Libya, Palestine, and many other countries.

They were Muslims who died in Deir Yassein, in Sabra and Shatilla, in Qana, in Srebrenica, and many other massacres. Millions of Muslims died, and those massacres were done by non-Muslims. Then why Muslims are the first suspects?!

Because of 9/11?!! Thousands of documents were revealed that Muslims are not the doers of this attack. Then why? Because they are defending their countries against the occupiers? I think this is a legitimate right, no one can deny it. They why? Because of their history, when they occupied many countries and now they have this desire to return their history? But Great Britain occupied more than them, it was the state which the sun never sets. The Roman, the Portuguese, before them. At least Muslims shined those countries with knowledge and morality. Not returned the countries to the dark ages and ignorant and spread hatred and crimes there, in history and present, look at the US and Israeli occupation today.

Muslims didn’t kill millions of humans in World War one and two; they were non-Muslims who committed the Holocaust. Muslims didn’t spend their money in developing MDW in the cold war and in the present. And many countries have intentions and apply their intention to occupy other countries, Muslims are not among them.

Muslims didn’t enslave humans because of their color; don’t have racism or the tendency of racial superiority, like many groups and even countries have.

I’m not going further in that, but I need to know the reason behind blaming the Muslims in every attack, murder, problem, and everything. As if it is the Boogeyman who wants to destroy the world.

Or maybe this is it. The boogeyman?!

“Oslo, Norway (CNN) -- A rambling, 1,500-page manifesto purportedly written by the suspect in Friday's bloody terror attacks in Norway lays out right-wing extremist views and vows that a "European civil war" will lead to the execution of "cultural Marxists" and the banishing of Muslims.”

“…This "civil war" would come in three phases, he predicts. The first runs through 2030 and includes "open source warfare, military shock attacks by clandestine cell systems (and) further consolidation of conservative forces."

Between 2030 and 2070, he calls for "more advanced forms of resistance groups (and the) preparation of pan-European coup d'etats."”

No… these were the plans of one person, so what about the organized groups?

First: It is their plan to make the people fighting each other, peoples in different religions, ethnics, communities, views and ideologies. It’s just like when you watch a soccer game; you put your concentration on the game and forget almost everything. They want that, to make the people spend their time and efforts fighting each other and letting them implement their evil plans, make it so easy for them to impose more controls on us, in every facility of our life.

Second: The boogeyman, which they can’t live without, it is their policy “Keep the people scare and you can control them easily” Which make it easy for them to control us and use us as tools to achieve their aims, thanks to their media.

Third: But why Islam? Why did they choose the Islam to be their Boogeyman? It wasn’t only the Islam. Christianity was under their attack before the Islam, after Christianity they moved to attack Islam. When Europe was ruled by Christianity, it prohibited usury, and giving money with interest, this act was totally condemned there. So they attacked Christianity and inflamed a revolution against the Church then they built their Bank.

Now Islam is the only, let me say “entity”, in effect that prohibit usury, and this is a very dangerous thing to them, because without it they can’t build their huge fortune and make them impose their control on almost everything, without usury they can’t make us take some loan from them and be like slaves to them working 24 hours/day and mortgaging our real-estates to them. Without that they can’t control us.

Not only that, Islam reveals the falsity of their claims, and forgery of history. It reveals their alleged claims.

And most of all, Islam has the answer for everything in life, thus they attack it, and use every effort to disfigure its image, and they never quote from it and they will never tolerate it. Because they don’t want solutions, they want the peoples to remain lost and following them unconsciously.

So please be wise, every such attack, every murder aims to sharpen the conflict between peoples in different communities, some of them use names of some religions to enforce this aim.

Just be aware and not fall in their trap. They are clear to be noticed, and their plans can easily be seen, if you used your both eyes, external and internal.

And in this critical situation that we live in, do not trust the media because it’s controlled by them and stay away as far as you can from the banks.

Thanks a lot dear Mary for this great and important post, and thanks also for every one who enriched us with his/her valuable comment.

Peace be upon those who died there and may the patience fill their families hearts.

EA

Who Owns the TV Networks
Eustace Mullins has published his research in his book Who Owns the TV Networks showing that the Rothschilds have control of all three U.S. Networks, plus other aspects of the recording and mass media industry.
It can be added that they control Reuters too.
From other sources it appears CNN, which began as an independent challenge to the Jewish Network monopoly, ran into repeated trickery, and ended up part of the system.
Money from B.C.C.I., (B.C.C.I. has been one of the New World Orders financial systems for doing its dirty business such as controlling Congressmen, and is involved with INSLA, the Iran-Contra Scandal, Centrust, and other recent scandals) which has tainted so many aspects of public power in the U.S. has also been behind CNN.

Noted, Mary, and thanks for the article. So many great comments... Wow! As I have beeb saying for quite some time now, the religious reicht-wing extremist Christians are a dangerous lot who have declared war against all Muslims, and others who don't believe as they do. Can this happen in the United States? Most definitely. People have been ignoring this particular faction for way too long,
My thoughts and prayers go out to the people of Norway... the last count I heard was 92 dead, but there is still more missing. JMA this young man was, and is, not only sick, but brainwashed into believing some very radical views. Thanks, Mary, for posting....

Shelly, 'Hitler is actually happening again', even as we make our comments; sadly
By the very people that went thru it themselves. Israel is doing almost
Exactly, to the Palestinian People, what the nazis did to them!!!

Check out, MY PROFILE, for PICTURES, of the BRUTAL Onslaught and Atrocities
perpetrated, by the Israeli Government, against palestinian men, women and CHILDREN

Unfortunately, some people, don't learn from their own traumatic experiences. Its a case
Of. 'do unto others, what has been done to you' where Israel is concerned.

The media don't care about the truth or looking foolish, prejudiced or bigoted. They made the link in the sheeple's minds so, as they say; "mission accomplished".

A friend posted this on another thread, and it is very intereting, so I will repost it here, dear Mary. You'll also find it on my thread.

“These Americans should read the works of our own Founding Fathers. These great scholars and statesmen showed an immense respect for Islam and went out of their way to welcome Muslims.

John Adams, America’s second president, named the Prohet Muhammad one of the world’s geat truth seekers alongside Socrates and Confucious.

Thomas Jefferson, the country’s third president and the author of the Declaration of Independence, learned Arabic using his copy of the Qur’an and
hosted the first presidential iftar, marking the end of the daily fast during Ramadan.

The Founding Fathers also drew upon the principles from Muslim civilizations, among many others, in fashioning the American political and judicial system.”

The person who is responsible for the explosion is described as "anti Islam crusader" Why hasn't he been called " christian terrorist". How was he been called if he were a Muslim. No body has the right to blame Muslims when they defend themselves.

Those who accuses others of such crimes by pointing the finger must realized that 3 fingers are pointing back at them! And it is easy to put blame on someone else shoulders when what you do is solely your conscience working, since basically people are born to do the right thing! But greed of a few has become a demon in them & have lost all compassion for other beings, as we are all one with them. Justice will prevail as no matter what man plans, God will do as he pleases, God makes no mistakes. And it will get bloody & ugly before we start to see clearly! We are all one & justice over evil will come to earth! Humanity has woken up to the few who believe they win with force, killing & greed! We are all ONE. Peace on earth comes to us with Love, Truth & through God's son Jesus. Thanks Mary.

As a Muslim, I was-of course-hurt by the way Muslims were instantly blamed, but to be fair and honest, then you cant only blame the media. Muslim terrorists claimed responsibility for the bombing even when they werent responsible!!, so no, I dont expect others to be angels and have the most perfect of reactions all the time. Dont misunderstand me, I'm not saying we should just accept prejudice, but until we terminate all radical terrorist groups, we cant really expect the world to change their minds about us.

Mrs Shakespeare, who reported that there were claims from muslim groups??? Mainstream
Media made these reports. How do we even Know whether, this was FALSE or TRUE???
Any Tom, Dick or Harry, could have made those calls, claiming that, they are from
, a Muslim organisation,; with the intention, to put
The BLAME ON MUSLIMS couldn't they!!! And knowing HOW, mainstream media, has
The habit of reporting, UNCONFIRMED stories, all the time, and even False reporting, we once again cannot take it
As , THE TRUTH.

How do we know that the 'Muslim terrorists' are not a false flag organisation, paid for by the CIA just like Al Qaeda? There are several such individuals and websites who are definitely not Muslims yet pretend to be in order to purposefully create hatred.

Why is the Dajjal (antichrist) also called 'The Deceiver'?

The only way you can judge Islam is by studying the Holy Quran; if you judge Islam by a minority of people you are judging people - not Islam. Evil is spread throughout the world and its nature is to deceive. Do not be fooled. Islam is targeted by evil because it is a powerful force for good. This is why the devils hate it so much.

It should be a crime to dish out gross lies and propaganda to the public. Promoting fear is especially bad as it creates social unrest. Not in the national interest.

Totally agree. Trouble is most people don't seem to think, they just seem happy to jump to the nearest conclusion - as someone once said (Murray Watts?)" the only exercise some people get is jumping to conclusions, sidestepping responsibility, and pushing their luck"(!).

I think terrorism is wrong no matter who is the perpetrator. It's absolutely wrong that someone else was falsely blamed in this case. It is our responsibility as Christians, Muslims, Jews, atheists whatever to DENOUNCE ANY act of terror and speak out against it. I think anyone who won't stand up against violence from their own "camp" forfeits the right to respect from others. Though I am not at all religious, I'm a firm believer that "Christian" terrorism, "Muslim" terrorism, etc. are the most oxymoronic and unholy of acts, doing a discredit and horribly misrepresenting the idea of holy love from God/Allah/Yahweh. Extremists of ALL STRIPES are some of the most insane, violent, intolerant, and unreasonable people on earth. They must be denounced and exposed for what they are, just like this crazed monster who killed these innocent people in Norway. It is up to us all to turn our backs on ALL TERRORISTS and refuse to let them represent what we stand for. A terrorist is a terrorist. We can't let them hijack our perceptions of each other or get in the way of peace. They must be denounced. My deepest condolences to the families of those who were lost in this cowardly, horrible tragedy.

An M, I totally AGREE, with every word in your comment. Very inspiring coments. I
Hope the gullible masses. That are bias and show HATRED, towards Islam, absorb some
Of what you said and start changing their DOUBLE STANDARD behaviours.

Patricia, thank you for your invaluable comments.

Green Stars to all commentators. Thank you for your invaluable
Input, I am sure you all have helped many people to change their views,
And make them see the REALITY; that
ALL MUSLIMS ARE NOT TERRORISTS ; and TERRORISTS come from
All countries, All religions, All cultures and All Race; and they should
Be CONDEMNED, and taken to Task. Murder of one innocent life, is
One too many; for every life, is just as, important and valuable,
As the next.

Subject: Tell MSNBC: Fire Pat Buchanan
Dear Friend,

This week Pat Buchanan wrote, astonishingly, that Norwegian Terrorist Anders Behring Breivik "may be right" in his perception of a Crusades-like conflict between Christians and Muslims.

So why is MSNBC paying Buchanan to broadcast his extreme views on air?

Buchanan should be able to say just about anything he wants. But MSNBC -- a network that is now working to position itself as the progressive alternative to FOX News and CNN -- doesn't have to give him a platform.

I just signed a petition asking MSNBC to fire Pat Buchanan immediately. Learn more and add your name here:

The gravest threat we face from terrorism, comes not from the Islamic world but
the radical Christian right and the secular fundamentalists.
