YUM! also , fermented Cabbage is Wonderful!
Sauerkraut is finely sliced cabbage fermented by various lactic acid bacteria including Leuconostoc, Lactobacillus, and Pediococcus

Great article. Another thing cabbage is good for is clearing the radioactive dye that they inject for certain medical tests. A CT scan is the only one I an think of offhand, but there are others.
