For anyone out of shape or not athletically-inclined, walking is the no-stress, no-sweat answer to lifelong conditioning.

Hans, you are spot on, enjoying exercise is the key, it's all a matter of finding exercise that is enjoyable. I myself am not partial to walking or hiking, and I detest jogging, but I love mountain biking, playing squash, and surfing.

Noted. Walking, yes, its great. If you have a dog, take it with you. You will both enjoy it and feel happy. They say 30minute walk a day is good for your heart as well. You can do 3...10minutes walks and your done.

Tina vindum the leading Outdoor Fitness expert in the USA
I have asked Tina Vindum, founder and CEO of outdoorfitness.com
the leading outdoor fitness expert in the USA to test the outdoorstepper for us.

"I can defintely see Outdoorsteppers becoming quite popular with all ages! Defintely a new trend on the outdoor fitness horizon" she said. Again, the key is the fun!

Tina is also a former mountainbikeworldchampion. She has tried the outdoorstepper in the streets of San Fransisco "its a great all body workout".

The stepper is much more demanding than any other fitness machine...thats why people will keep on biking unless they dont have the time or unless they cannot run anymore! i have also met lots of inline skaters who like it
very much!
Lyn you are right with a dog walking is much more fun and you have a good reason...
