If you want to reduce citizens' exposure to dangerous and illegal activities online, why not gather up all the URLs for sites that promote such acts...

No one can argue with trying to develop ways to keep illegal activity, such as child pornography, off the internet. But as Australia has proved, few governments will stop at that. Because the temptation to silence unpopular thought and speech is just too damned irresistable to elected officials.

You can say that again Lindsey! I would like to hang people who create websites which advocate child pornography! However censorship is a very slippery slope and governments simply can't resist the temptation!
