BofA Says Libor Probe Draws U.S. Subpoenas on Submissions

The bank received subpoenas and requests for information from the U.S. Department of Justice, Commodity Futures Trading Commission and U.K. Financial Services Authority, the firm said yesterday in a filing.

I wonder if anything at all will come of these investigations... other than the fat cats "stepping down"?

Sue--in the UK some were fired due to Libor--some other criminal things led to one or more banks being absorbed by others...we'll see if this maybe helps justify breaking up the too big to fail so that collusion like this becomes less possible or what
