It takes 2 minutes to complete ... interesting to compare your outcome to statistics for gender & age, etc. While most of us already know where we stand on political issues, this 12 question quiz helps you see how you compare to the general population

While most of us already know where we stand on political issues, this 12 question quiz helps you see how you compare to the general population, and by various demographics
like age, gender, etc.

I am shocked, just totally shocked! This quiz indicates I'm a liberal democrat.

No surprise to me that I am very liberal. Facts have a liberal bias. (I am still to the right of Jesus, however. I would not attack corporate criminals with a whip or publicly call repressive religious leaders "decomposing filth".)

Kit, I'm shocked, too--does this poll quiz need some "unskewing"?

yeah, I was pretty shocked too since some of the answers I gave I thought would push me into the moderate, but it says I'm very Liberal

Like most questionnaires, they are a little misleading. I totally believe in God, but am not involved in any religious org. as they behave in corporate ways while avoiding taxes and use their own biased interpreted scriptures from examples that are not germane for todays issues or causes for alarm. Religion is not fact it is faith, by definition, and therefore should not be used in anything other than personal needs, .Pls. keep religion and government separated. And..do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

so, i'm highly suspicious of being very liberal.
but while i would have labelled myself "(very) liberal" a few decades ago, i mostly gave up on using this word, it has been too much abused.

Wolf....I suspect the twisting of the label "liberal" in redefining via media pundits and new generations' of politicians leave it a pretty empty term often applied to what once were called moderates...especially now that what was once fringe (off the scale) has been legitimized by the more conservative party...

I liked & shared this quiz on Facebook. But; there they go again! It's easy to see why Mitt Romney wants to annihilate Big Bird & PBS....bc PBS provides food for thought and nourishment of self examination/ reflection and exercise of the mind. Can't have common ppl thinking for themselves, now can we?

interesting little poll indeed. (back to look up some detail...)
==
... labels ... language ... losses in trnslation ...
the label i'm (currently and for a few years already) least un-comfortable with, would be "radcal humanist (sensu E.Fromm)" or "radical (sensu DGR)" (( probably much more 'liberal' than 'conservative' and more conservative that the 'conservatives' ...))
and, of course,
this "isn't a yes-or-no affair, it isn't even a more-or-less affair, it has many dimensions. " (borrowing from Noam Chomsky)

Thanks J.L. No surprise: very liberal although I like the term "progressive" rather than liberal. Read, taken and noted.

Would guess there needed to be more questions to actually find me, because, believe me, I am NOT a democrat .;-)

Thanks J.L. It turns out I'm very liberal, but you and I already knew that!
