I agree Kit. I am touched when a petition helps a family negotiate to keep their home--and he personally helped so many more than the total petitions I can recall. Each of us individually can make a difference if we are open to seeing the opportunities.

Some lawyers are human, some are wonderful, some both wonderful lawyers and human beings.

Although if the bad guys got what was coming to them, the home-owners would also be presented with their houses free and clear and the conniving, criminal banks could carry the cost...
