You are welcome John. In CA as people approach retirement or older years well into their retirement, they often talk about downsizing when responsibilities for a house get beyond them or they need something one story instead of their condo, etc. I kind of like this different definition of the term. You cannot currently send a star to John because you have done so within the last week.
