I'm not a big a fan of hydro-electric or the many dams we have built. That said, this does seem to have been done with an eye toward some ecological balance.

Noted and thank you for the interesting video. Hope groups are working with other dams to do projects like this one. So many rivers are way down because of drought, but also because usage is way up.
