It's all about money again. Some of the countries in Africa are poor and they need the new technology now to survive in this world without becoming polluters themselves using outdated technologies.

Right. Some people forget that the U.S. didn't start out with green technology. Cheaper and more environmentally destructive ways were used to gain the riches we now have, and we can afford to be green. Other countries need financial help on this issue.
