Alarming article about the rise of world-wide coastal oceanic dead zones, exacerbated by human activity, especially fertilizer run-off. The number of oxygen-starved oceanic areas has doubled every 10 years since the 1960s. We cannot kill our oceans!

The Roan is about to be mismanaged by the Bureau of Land Management. The Roan is "biologically diverse" and needs to be protected. I certainly hope the "last ditch" lawsuit is successful, or that a compromise can be reached.
