I copied this article for a Kenyan couple living in Nairobi. They wrote back that discussing sex openly in media is "taboo" in Kenya and they don't hold out much hope/support for the idea.

Well that is the point to have all support it..Yes it is taboo..but should not be and some at least are trying to change it..'I hope for their sake it does work..that they don't give up..Silence and fear will only keep them where they are..and that is not a good place..
